PLACEMENT CONSULTANT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As a Placement Consultant at EELIT, your primary responsibility will be to attend to customers’ needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Delivering high-quality service is key, and you will be expected to provide excellent follow-up on customers’ inquiries and feedback to ensure their satisfaction.<\/p>\n

In addition to customer service duties, you will also be responsible for handling minimal administrative tasks and coordinating documentation. This will require strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n

As part of your role, you will occasionally provide counseling to both Domestic Workers and employers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.<\/p>\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of a ‘O’\/’A’ Level\/Diploma qualification and have at least 1 year of working experience in a Maid agency. A pleasant and outgoing personality is essential, as you will frequently interact with customers and stakeholders. Being a result-oriented and dynamic team player will also contribute to your success in this role.<\/p>\n

SALES CO-ORDINATOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As a Sales Co-ordinator at EELIT, you will be responsible for the management of employment agency office files and filing systems. This includes performing data entry of biodata and maintaining the biodata database on a daily basis. Additionally, you will assist in liaising with service partners and the sales team to facilitate the arrival and deployment process.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Sales Teams. This support includes assisting in the preparation of deployment documents, answering and directing phone calls, as well as handling general office administration tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n

To be successful in this position, you should possess at least an ‘O’ Level, Business Studies, or Administration qualification, or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field is required. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, and you should have a good understanding of MS Office (Word and Excel) and Cloud Data Processes. Candidates with CEI certificate will have an added advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n
