IMPORTANT NOTES

• MOM processing time is approximately 3 weeks (Additional time may be required if MOM requests further documents or clarification)
• DP renewal can be submitted up to 6 months before expiry
• Renewal must be completed before the current pass expires
• Late renewal may require a new application, subject to approval
• Approval and validity are subject to MOM’s assessment
• All information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for pass renewal purposes in accordance with MOM requirements.

🔹 Core Identification Documents

• Copy of the dependant’s passport bio-data page (personal details page).
• Copy of current Dependant’s Pass details (so MOM can link renewal correctly).

🔹 Relationship Proof

• Copy of Marriage certificate (for spouse).
• Copy of Birth certificate (for children).
• Copy of Adoption order (if applicable).

🔹 Other Supporting Information (will request when needed)

• Most up-to-date passport, recent photos, travel/visa stamps if outside Singapore (if asked).
• For children studying in Singapore: school enrolment details may be useful if MOM requests further verification
