Not the Usual Agency

One of our Unique Selling Propositions is that we go through a stringent filtering and interviewing process followed by a 3-5 days of orientation and training in our own lodging facility

STRINGENT FILTERING AND TRAINING PROCESS

STRINGENT FILTERING PROCESS

Our dedicated Placement Consultants at EELIT take great care in recommending the most suitable helper to each employer. Prior to making a recommendation, thorough checks are conducted on the MDW’s previous employment history. We assess her compatibility with your household and evaluate if she can fulfill specific requirements, such as caring for the elderly or young children.

As part of the screening process, we pay attention to warning signs, including frequent job changes within a short period. We delve into the reasons behind each employment termination to gain a comprehensive understanding. Additionally, we consider physical attributes such as appearance, height, weight, and age to ensure a suitable match with the right household.

During interviews with the MDWs, our Placement Consultants actively inquire about their past experiences, hobbies, strengths, and weaknesses. By delving into their character and personality traits, we gain insights into their work ethics, patience, and punctuality, which can provide valuable indications of their future work performance.

By employing a meticulous approach, we strive to ensure that the helper recommended to you possesses the qualities and capabilities that align with your specific household requirements, creating a harmonious and productive working relationship.

ORIENTATION & TRAINING

Upon your helper’s arrival in Singapore, EELIT goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth transition. In addition to the necessary medical check-up and SIP course, we provide a unique and comprehensive 3-5 days intensive orientation and back-to-basic training program at our dedicated lodging facility.

During this program, we focus on essential skills such as household cleaning techniques, utilities saving, time management, day-to-day communication, mannerism, initiative, and basic cooking, among others. Our goal is to equip your helper with the necessary skills to excel in your specific environment and adapt to our local culture. We understand that adjusting to a new environment can be challenging, so we emphasize careful listening to your instructions and offer guidance on what to do if they encounter any difficulties or misunderstandings.

By emphasizing effective communication and providing ongoing motivation, we aim to minimize conflicts and ensure your helper’s dedication to their work, eliminating the need for household transfers. This approach not only saves you the cost of re-hiring but also promotes a harmonious working relationship that benefits both you and your helper.

Our proven methodology has been successful in motivating helpers to perform at their best and fosters a sense of commitment to your household. By investing in their training and well-being, we strive to provide you with a reliable and dedicated helper who will contribute positively to your household dynamics.

This is the EELIT’s distinctive.
