THE EELIT DIFFERENCE
At EELIT, our selection criteria are stringent, focusing on the helper’s past, particularly their honesty, reliability, attitude, and domestic skills.
Additionally, we offer comprehensive training programs covering various aspects such as intensive housekeeping, basic mannerism, utilities saving guidelines, and personal hygiene. These training sessions are conducted before deploying the helpers to their employers’ homes.
Moreover, we value the well-being of both employers and helpers, and therefore, we provide ongoing counseling and support throughout the entire two-year contractual period, fostering a healthy and harmonious employer-helper relationship.
WE DO MUCH MORE!
Upon the arrival of the MDW at our boarding house, a thorough inventory check is conducted, ensuring that all items are accounted for. Following this, the luggage and/or baggage undergo screening to detect any presence of bed bugs. As an additional measure, the luggage and/or baggage are then sanitized using a hot steamer to eliminate any potential infestation.
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, all MDWs arriving in Singapore are subject to comprehensive screening for head lice and overall physical cleanliness. In the event that head lice are detected, the MDW receives immediate treatment with lice shampoo to eradicate the infestation before their deployment.
TOUCH A HEART CHARITY DRIVE
TOUCH A HEART Charity Drive is a meaningful annual initiative organized by EELIT with the aim of supporting underprivileged families in Singapore. As a socially responsible organization, EELIT actively participates in a range of projects designed to make a positive impact. Our efforts extend to reaching out directly to less fortunate families in Singapore, as well as collaborating with welfare organizations to provide assistance.
In addition, our financial support extends beyond Singapore, reaching countries such as Myanmar, Indonesia, and The Philippines. Through partnerships with local counterparts, we focus on providing essential resources, including shelter and educational materials, to empower and uplift young individuals in these communities.
